Nick

I am an exception, in that I use (for largely historical reasons) CorelDraw and
not Illustrator, so can't provide an example AI file.
Maybe someone else on the list could step up and provide one.
If not, I could save a CorelDraw file in AI format but it would be sub-optimal
as it will be affected by the export filter process. I am working away from
office today so can't do till Wed at earliest.

Cheers
STEVE

Steve - do you have any sample AI files that show the kind of layering
        you're talking about?
