The opposite is true. "undefined" it is either a oneway=true or not. In both cases I am allowed to drive it like a oneway=true and it is the safest thing to do, to ignore this way in the opposite direction as it is unclear if I am allowed to drive there or not. Barely 200 roads in all of europe are not something I would worry about. It's not like you can switch your eyes and brain off just because you have a navigation system. Well, anyway.
