I've some statistic about the planet file of the last week: http://www.h-renrew.de/h/osm/osmchecks/03_Statistik/planet/statistic.html 88287 users have contributed to this planet files The upper graphs show: The planet files has currently: 636 million nodes 49 million ways 0.66 million relations about 2500 users have contributed 90% of all nodes about 3000 users have contributed 90% of all nodes about 700 users have contributed 90% of all relations The change date statistic on the bottom shows that: about 60% of all relations have been edited or created this year. about 35% of all ways have been edited or created this year. about 20% of all nodes have been edited or created this year.
