India is not (many of the major cities are pretty well done, but we are slightly bigger than Germany) - but there is a lot of confusion as how to do detailed mapping. There are so many shops and houses cheek-to-jowl with each other - and the shops tags are not enough - we need a lot of special cases relevant to India only. I had a server for India specific data, that is no longer available to me and am pausing until I can get another set up.
