"https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/terms"; appears unchanged. Is that some sort of caching effect, or does "has been improved" actually mean "is about to be improved, but has not been yet"?

Hi Andy,

Don't forget this is a pre-announcement! The technical implementation is ongoing thanks to Tom, Matt and Grant. The revised contributor terms should now be live and I have just got the go ahead to be able to announce that the mandatory Accept/Decline will be switched on on Sunday.
