On the one hand you suggest that one should stop "creating free data, if at the same time you restrict it's free-ness". On the other hand you oppose removing existing restrictions of the free-ness of our data that actually prevent people from using that supposedly free data. Is there any consistent motivation underlying your arguments beyond not wanting to change anything?
