Or better clarity on access restrictions by time in general, given that roads or lanes may typically switch directions or be closed entirely at certain times of day, and it would be nice for routers to have something solid to hook on to for ideal routing advice. One problem that comes up a lot in Tulsa are turn restrictions that only apply during certain times of day unless you're driving vehicles operated by a specific agency...
