I'm not sure if vote=1 is needed for the multiple-choice challenges. They were originally copied from the officially deprecated tags, so technically they have already been discussed by the community. Also, I would think that the person who changes amenity=education to college/school/university has to have the local knowledge, or find business' website and research it there?
