Wow, that is quite a weird statement considering how broad, deep and sustained much of the criticizm from the community has been on the direction of the LWG proposal for many months. If the board collectively has the impression they are 'almost there' you might need to prepare for the collision of that perception with reality. Unless of course you have worked on a fundamental redesign of the guideline we are not yet aware of...
