Ok I got the manual and used k1000 to convert it. I saved it in two formats
.txt and .rtf as there were tables. It's recognized to about 140 pages. I
kept the pdf file as well. So if any one wants it write me off list and
state which format you want. I offer this for those who can't convert the
pdf document.
