hi Anders, i have N86 8MP and 6700s right in front of me now, and i also have talks 5.20.3 installed into these phones, both phone can access to the task manager without any trouble by using the LongPressMenu key. i personally suggest you to soft reset one of the phone and see you can solve the problem.
