hi, to troubleshoot the problem you are facing, you may need a sighted assistant and try to disable talks to see whether you can access the task manager without talks present. i still dont understand why you are facing this problem while many of us dont. in fact i've tryed to change the language of my 6700s to swedish and i can access to the task manager with no problem.
