As a follower, and when I am watching, it is a total turn-off when men look down. It gives the appearance that they have broken the connection and that they are actually connected with the floor, not with their partner. I notice this problem with some leaders in general, but especially with many nuevo leaders. Also, it usually has a very bad affect on posture. Cammie.
