Harusnya sih kalo cuman mau konek ke network 2 (10.40.3.0/24) bisa. Kan di routing table-nya udah tahu kalo mau ke network 2 langsung dilewatkan ke eth0 (directly connected).
Coba eth0-nya (yang terhubung ke network 2 : 10.40.3.0/24) gateway-nya dikosongin. Soalnya entry gateway tersebut useless.
