I think that's an excellent idea. One caveat though. I dunno if its a good
idea to suggest me as
a first choice for commiting patches to the contrib stuff on others behalf .

In my role as Spindle-guy I haven't had the chance to build any
contrib-worthy components (yet)
I believe that if we were to adopt a policy of review, an active contrib
person should do the first review.

In general it would be a good idea to have the commiter most familliar with
the area affected by a proposed patch do the
initial review and report thier findings to tapestry-contrib. Nothing stops
the other commiter from doing the same, I would suggest that this would be
desired anyways.

Each case is different. And in each case there will be committers would will
need to depend on the expertise of the others.
