Well, I didn't want to bash trails as I'm sure it's a great approach! Its just that I don't like those magic-things that much because I need and want the feeling that everything is in my hands and I can fully understand what's going on. And only after having read the two articles there was too much "magic" for me ;) But anyway I just downloaded trails and perhaps I can use some of their configuration files or at least take a look on how they achieved things.
