In principle I agree, but the funny thing is, this "feature" emerged
just because we kept things simple :-)

Removing features is hard. There's always someone who found a use for
it and will be rightfully upset when it is  removed. Maybe you can ask
on the taskcoach users list whether people are using attachment-notes?
