Hi Taverna Hackers! After a couple of years, I have just come back to the SADI plugin and find I am unable to install it. It's latest compatibility is apparently 2.3, but even with 2.3 I can't get it to install (it is listed, but the progress bar on the installation never leaves 0%; though Taverna tells me that it installed successfully... I'm pretty sure it didn't!)
Not being a "java guy" I'm unsure where to begin debugging this. My "instincts" tell me it's maven-related, but again, I am not sure where to begin troubleshooting something that used to work, and now doesn't (I don't believe we have touched it in... years!) Suggestions are very welcome! I'd like to resurrect the plugin as we now have Services that wrap ~the entirety of Bio2RDF, which I think could be quite useful to the Taverna community (discoverable data, rather than having to know the endpoints and SPARQL).
