I don't know if that is the latest version or not...  My guess would be 
that this one:

http://dev.biordf.net/maven/net/sf/taverna/t2/activities/

contains the latest snapshot, but I'm unclear how to point Taverna to 
it.  The SADI plugins prototype at 
build.mygrid.org.uk/taverna/updates/2.3.0/plugins/prototype appears to 
be reporting the location incorrectly (at least, based on my complete 
ignorance of maven!) so my guess would be that this is part of the 
problem... and I don't have access to that file AFAIK.
