I think it might be a good idea to re-code that bit anyway. There are >8000 services in the registry now! Reading all of them was fine when there were only a couple of hundred. I'll chat with one of my staff about creating a query interface similar to the one I have now set up on the web (http://biordf.org/cgi-bin/RegistryBrowser.pl) Firing up Taverna now to have a go!
