Hello,
I've just started using Taverna 2.0 and I'm having problems with
"Activities". It's running it on OS X 1.5.6 leopard.

I'm trying to set up a genome annotation pipeline with Genscan,
RepeatMasker and Exonerate and although I manage to add the WSDL for
these fine, if I then quit and relanch the software they're not in the
list of available activities anymore...
I was wondering where they are saved, I assume it's somewhere in
Application\ Support/taverna-2.0/ ?

The URLS I found for these services are below (Genscan & RepeatMasker):
http://staff.vbi.vt.edu/pathport/services/wsdls/genscan.wsdl
http://biomoby.org/services/genome.imim.es/runRepeatMasker

I didn't manage to find any webservice running exonerate, could
anybody recommend me one, and maybe alternatives to the ones above?

Also I was wondering if Taverna has previously been used for large
scale genome analysis?

Many thanks,
Xavier
