Hi,

I don't think this has been implemented yet. I know a few people have 
asked for this - me being one.

WRT Exonerate: I think the best person to speak to is the person who 
developed it (Guy Slater). He may be able to provide a Web Service for you.
If not, then you can download the source code from the given Web site, 
then wrap it as a service yourself (possibly with Soaplab - though you 
may need to check this). Again, contact Guy first before you do. He may 
not want you doing that. A final alternative is to use another sequence 
alignment tool- maybe ClustalW or something similar that does have a Web 
Service interface at the EBI.
