This tutorial describes the Feta service discovery tool, which will soon be replaced by the Biocatalogue (http://www.biocatalogue.org/) The workflow you were looking at on myExperiment probably just needs to be updated. There are some BioMart services in there and the format of these changed a little while ago. I will update it and post a new version.
