Yes, we are implementing this exact same functionality in the BioCatalogue, based on the experiences from the EMBRACE registry (the EMBRACE registry is a pre-pilot to the BioCatalogue). We'll then assess whether this is feasible in myExperiment or not, for workflows. One of the major issues right now is that we do not run workflows in myExperiment - we provide the capability for others to run workflows through their own enactment servers. > >> I think something like that is planned for BioCatalogue so maybe the >> work can be used on myExperiment as well. >> > > I hope to see myExperiment support uploading test data, or scripts to > perform these unit tests... > > Egon > > Jits ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ taverna-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/taverna-users Documentation: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/usermanual1.7/ FAQ: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/wiki/Mygrid/TavernaFaq Biological Services: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/wiki/Mygrid/BiologicalWebServices
