Hi all first of all thanks for your previous advices! I wanted to use this specific service : "<http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/services/phylogeny_molecular_sequence.fproml?wsdl>http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/services/phylogeny_molecular_sequence.fproml?wsdl"; , but I don't know exactly how it works, expecially the run processor with no inputs and the related params. Some of you tried to use it! Do you have any advices ? Because I tried to use directly the processor "fproml" by EMBOSS in Taverna "Soaplab @ <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/emboss4/services/>http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/emboss4/services/"; but it has a limit in the number of sequences alignments!? till I use a multiple alignment of 16 sequences I have no problem, if i try to use 17 seqs or more the task fails!! Could you help me ? thank you regards
