Please may some of you correct the problem with the maxinterval value in the polling properties configuration of soaplab emboss services? everytime i try to set the max interval, even if I save the workflow in Taverna (1.7.2), it's resetted equal to the interval value! and when will be set the new timeout limit on the EBI server? meanwhile may you help me in creating the poll/checkstatus workflow in the soaplab ebi tool like this http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/services/phylogeny_molecular_sequence.fproml?wsdl !?
