One case with this that we've already run into with the beanshell
editor panels - what about when you switch to a different application
(like Firefox) and back again to Taverna?

On some operating systems (typically Windows) the run dialogue could
end up 'hidden' behind the Taverna window, and you could easily end up
with a mess of smaller windows.

However, a second click on the run-dialogue for the same workflow
should bring it back up, just like a second click on 'Configure' on
the beanshell would re-focus a beanshell editor window.

(And the developers will have to deal with edge cases such as updating
the dialogue when you modify the workflow (in particular new ports),
and close it when you close the workflow)
