Hello,
I am trying to use taverna 2.1.2 with a local biomart installation which
is similar to the Ensembl mart in configuration. I am able to import the
biomart service.
But when I try to 'configure biomart query' I get the error below.
I do see my dataset when I click on 'Dataset' but when clicking on
'Filters' or 'Attributes' I just see 'Fetching filter configuration' but
nothing happens...
Please help,
