Hi Alan, I used -inputfile argument and you're right, my input file contains more than only the accession number, checking it using Taverna binary view shows an extra-character: 50 31 33 36 33 37 a for which ASCII dump is: P13637.
After removing it from input file, workflow works perfectly! Great thanks for your help!
