Hi,
We also have a little portal app that allows users to select a workflow
from a dropdown list and run it on a Taverna Server and collect the
results. You can see the demo at:
http://heater.cs.man.ac.uk:4040/web/guest/taverna-workflows-execution
It could be extended to allow automated adding of workflows (to that
drop-down list). At the moment - if you want to add a new workflow - you
drop it in a certain folder on the machine running the portal and
restart the portal server and it gets picked up.
The above portal app comprises 2 Java portlets and runs inside Liferay
portal framework. Workflow runs are separated on per-user basis (unless
you run them as a guest user). Workflows themselves (in the drop-down
list) are visible to all users, so if you want the workflow owner only
to be able to see the workflow then a bit more work is needed.
Regards,
Alex

Hi
Our group is planning to create a site where users can see the
specific workflows that they have created and on selecting the
workflow from the list, it runs on the mac machine having the
taverna server .We also have the taverna workbench installed on the
same mac.So the end users log in and uses the same workbench everytime
to create the workflows .But after they are done creating it ,is there
a way of letting the server know that a new workflow has been created
by a specific user and it will include the workflow on that user's
list when he/she logs in to the site we create .
I would greatly appreciate any help.
Kind regards
Rinku
