The grid I am using uses the middleware gLite . Specifically, I am using
the IberGrid infrastructure, the Spain+Portugal infrastructure connected to
the EGI.
Now I have to connect to a User Interface machine, where I have my digital
certificate, and since I belong to a virtual organization called *phys*.vo.*
ibergrid*.eu, I can launch jobs to the grid using the command
glite-wms-job-submit.
When I use the plugin in Taverna 2.2, I insert my digital certificate, and
the plugin can load it, but then when I insert the information about the
Grid, the url to the Information System which is
topbdii.core.ibergrid.eu:2170/mds-co-name=local,o=grid
it seems it does not find any resources in the grid. In the log I see this
error:
Problem with site ldap://
topbdii.core.ibergrid.eu:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid.
ERROR 2012-05-29 20:10:36,244 (System.err:139) -
javax.naming.CommunicationException: topbdii.core.ibergrid.eu:2135 [Root
exception is java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host]
It seems the plugin changes the port (2170-->2135) to query to the
Information System, maybe this is the problem.
