I've investigating a bit further; NetVicious idea about TBuser.DEF didn't work out, I deleted it, a new one was created [essentially empty], system-wide shortcuts still showed up and were not re-creatable. But I found something rather curious ... Does anybody notice something about the shortcuts I use:
