If your account configuration has the "Use MIME forwarding" checked
under "Templates..Reply" then all messages you forward will be MIME
forwarded.

Otherwise, to MIME forward a message you are viewing, choose "Specials
.. Alternative forward" <Alt>+<F5>. That's what I did here. I also
copied across the Follow-up header information from an ordinary reply
draft and changed the Subject from "Fwd:... " to "Re:... ".
