Not by me - it wasn't saved as draft (Alt-F2) or queued in the Outbox (Shift-F2), although it's not clear what TB! does in the situation described (the access violation is suspicious). The annoying thing is I'll have to wait for a server failure to test this again ... it could be a long wait!
