Well, I just seen a case where s-filters at account level are doing
strange things also.

The message has been processed by "2Me or Involved", "To Rancho-K"
filters and message stayed in Inbox when it should have been processed
by one of my Incoming filters named 'La Palabra' and moved to a folder
with same name as filter.

Look at attached PNG.  How can the message be processed by sub-filter
"To Rancho-K" _after_ being processed by "2Me or Involved"?

A manual re-filter of the Inbox produces the same results, see log:
