Someone does not answer other parts of the mail, because agrees with
that, dont you think. But lets be explicite:

We agreed on it.

I wanted to correct your overstatement with the price. If someone does
not  know  how the upgrade works, he would think, you have to pay 100%
again.

Also, when someone consider upgrade, he has to consider if he needs
the upgrade, or not.

I wrote these two statements in my prev. mail.
