Same here, at work I have to use Lotus Notes which wasn't fully administrated in my case when I used this feature there: Lotus Notes started up but didn't come very far -no mail form would show up, only the program started. So my admins had a little work on this, too. It was more than just a few clicks, it took about 45 minutes to rearrange the whole thing. Actually all was done remotely without my presence, thanks to the network. Now it works nicely. I wish the same could be done with TB.
