Hello Roger,

Certainly. Here's what I use. Right click on the specific Folder and
select 'Properties/General' and then select 'Max no of stored messages'
or 'Keep messages in base for..'. I have max no of stored messages set
and, with TBBETA, I have it set to 1,000.

In the same Properties dialogue box go to 'Deletion' and select either
'Folder specific' or 'Move to the specified folder' which, in my case,
is //Arcive/TBBETA and you're done. Then, next time you do a
maintenance, all messages above the 1,000 level are automatically moved
to the Archive folder.

Hope that is what you were looking for.
