Hello Roger, On Sun, 27 May 2007 you wrote in <mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
RP> I am puzzled as to how and where you put your 'rules' to move the messages. RP> Can you please give a bit more detail. Certainly. Here's what I use. Right click on the specific Folder and select 'Properties/General' and then select 'Max no of stored messages' or 'Keep messages in base for..'. I have max no of stored messages set and, with TBBETA, I have it set to 1,000. In the same Properties dialogue box go to 'Deletion' and select either 'Folder specific' or 'Move to the specified folder' which, in my case, is //Arcive/TBBETA and you're done. Then, next time you do a maintenance, all messages above the 1,000 level are automatically moved to the Archive folder. Hope that is what you were looking for. -- Regards, Richard | The Bat! 3.99.7 with POP3 account & AntispamSniper 2.0.1.2 | Windows XP (build 2600) version 5.1 Service Pack 2 | F-Prot AV, Outpost Firewall Pro, Spysweeper, Adaware, SpyBot | CPU: Athlon 1.09 Ghz | RAM: 1024 MB Holiday in France: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/lazyhomes/holiday.html ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.99.07 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
