Hello Richard, Sunday, May 27, 2007, 5:33:06 PM, among other things, you wrote:

Many thanks for your prompt reply. I unfotunately chose to try your scheme on my biggest folder, the standard 'Sent Mail' folder, and this has a much more basic Properties window which does not include the deletion options! Hence my puzzlement. I will just have to check that *all* of my sent mail is copied to another folder (I know most of it is), which I can archive with your scheme. The Sent Mail folder contents can then be just dumped according to age or size. Thanks again for your help. -- Best regards, Roger :flag-southafrica: The Bat! v3.99.7 with AntispamSniper 2.0.0.4 , on Windows XP, version 5 1, build 2600 and Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.99.07 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
