Here's a stub I wrote using Borland C++ Builder, but it's pretty straightforward C code. You might have to mess with the TBP_EXPORT #define, but I think that should do it. Note that the only API Stefan has published is for spam filtering. If you want to do more, there's nothing available. At least yet.
