I already emailed you to install on another system and move the
installed files. On the other hand open it with winrar as the exe is a
RAR-SFX file. So if rar is installed, right click the file and answer
open with winrar and then after expansion run setup.
Sometimes setup doesnt like it if files are present in themp dirs.
So emptying those can also help
