Well, my bad. It's of course not the only, and not so effective, but at least it's
simple to implement, simple to use, it's supported by many applications (even
M$ office;-)), and, finally, *it works*! (see my previous message in this
thread).
Finally, who told you DDE is obsolete? M$? Half of OS/2 is based on DDE,
and it *works* much better, then any of the M$ creatures;-)

Aha, and now go and find an external editor that will support this. And even
worse then that, go find *two* editors that implement any of these similarly...
