        May I make a suggestion. Why not create an account
specifically for storing messages. I have done this personally. I
archive all my old messages in a separate account that I created for
just that. This way, if I wish to look up old registration info (you
gave that worthy example) I simply look in the relevant folder.
Everything is managed right here in TB!

        Archiving my old mail doesn't really impact much on
performance either. I have 15000 messages in my archives account at
present. You don't even have to archive all messages, but just the
important ones that you'd wish to store in external folders.
