These Outlook settings translate to:

SMTP: STARTTLS, port 587
POP3: TLS, port 995

Note: "Require secure authentication" checkbox in SMTP Authentication
dialog changes which authentication protocol is used, but doesn't
affect the connection security - in most cases you'll leave that
checkbox blank; similarly, most servers only support Regular POP3
authentication.
