I believe it's part of Office 2000. AFAIK, you don't need it with
Win2k as it's built-in of the OS.

I have no idea what you mean by "written in explorer", since neither
Windows Explorer nor "MS Internet Explorer" can "write" anything.
Yes, I can read/write Chinese in Win2k, but DBCS support means more
than that. I think we went through this before. In short, I can
tolerate TB as it is, but it can't be my long term solution if true
DBCS support is not added someday.
