I still believe most, if not all, of it has been included by Win2k
and Office 2k, and in fact you may download it from MS web site.
standalone CD might provide some additional spelling checkers and
fonts, if that, but I don't need those.

So the document is created by Word or Wordpad. Then it's reasonable,
since both can read/write all the languages Windows supports (as
long as the supporting files are in place).

I never consider attaching docs as a real solution. The
inconvenience aside, many of the problems are on the reading side,
and I certainly can't ask all my friends to send me .doc files when
writing in Chinese/Japanese/Korean.
