Quite a few users use the %To macro in their new message templates for
discussion list folders. If you double click on a mail to URL to send a
message, it will be addressed to both the template defined address as
well as the mailto address. Now that I've checked myself, I see that
both addresses are placed in the To: field.

If you use the CC macro anywhere, you may forget it's presence and
inadvertently CC a message to someone.
