Hi Stefano,

On 11 September 2000 at 11:17:28 GMT +0200 (which was 10:17 where I
live) Stefano Zamprogno wrote and made these points on the subject
of "PGP":

SZ> with some mailer you can make the program 'remember' the PGP
SZ> password until the session end, with TB, i must enter the pwd

TB will respect the PGP "Cache pass-phrase" settings. See the PGP
Preferences dialog box. I use the maximum (24 hours less 1 second)
setting myself (my laptop is secure and never leaves my sight) and it
works just fine. The default is only about 2 minutes I believe.

If you exit TB and restart it then the cache is emptied but as long as
TB is running, the pass-phrase is cached.

As requested in the "Welcome" message for this list, please trim
quotes down to essentials to cut out "extraneous noise" in your
replies (as I have here). Thank you.
