Whilst I appreciate that this exchange was meant to be lighthearted,
there is nothing at all "funny" about epilepsy.  It is not an illness,
nor a disease, but a medical condition which cannot be cured, only
alleviated.  Sufferers regularly injure themselves during seizures
over which they have no control.  If there's anybody out there who
would like to discuss this offlist, I'd be only too glad to hear from
them....

The idea that there could be a "rehab patient" shows a singular
ignorance of what has been said previously.  And I don't mind
disseminating some factual information to dispel this ignorance.
