Yes. You can filter all or selected incoming message into a any
folder; this folder does not have to be in the same account as to
which the message was sent.

In a folder-level template, you can have the %Account= macro. This will
override the account in which you are, and will use all settings of
the target account. This should also answer your question about the
>From address.
